No, we only sell you the containers you need to pack up efficiently. The products you use are up to you! Our research shows that consumers have very specific preferences for the exact products they use while traveling. Given this, we wanted to make sure each of our customers would have the flexibility to use whatever they wanted or had available locally. Plus, if we ship you a tiny bottle of shampoo, how would we refill that for you over time in a non-wasteful cost-effective manner?

 

When creating this product, we did a lot of research to understand the average number of liquids people use in their travel kit. Turns out that 3 is typically the minimum (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and we also found a significant group of people using 4 or 5 different liquids while traveling (sunscreen, lotions, face wash, etc.). Therefore, we designed the product to meet these needs.

If 3 is too many for you, give one to a friend and send them our way!

If you need more than 5, we suggest bringing your own TSA-approved bottles. Be careful though, they might not all fit in the mesh bag.

 

This is normal. The felt bag manufacturing process produces a bit of felt dust and fiber that sometimes ends up inside the bag. When the silicone bottles are inserted, the felt dust can cling to the outside of the bottles.

Once you get your kit, we recommend that you shake the felt bag out (do it outside or over your sink/shower/tub so that you can wash away any particles that fall out) and rinse the outside AND inside of the silicone bottles before filling with your chosen shampoos etc.

 

Once you click the “Checkout” button on our website, the ordering process is completed through Shopify, a third-party service that handles your payment information securely. Shopify is securely hosted and Level 1 PCI Compliant. We never see your payment information, only your shipping information (which is stored securely) so we can get you your travel kit! In accordance with state law, we charge sales tax to customers located in California and Georgia, the two states where we have a physical presence.

We don’t charge for return shipping and we will provide you with a return shipping label so you can mail your kit back to us.
